Hope everyone has had a great holiday season! As we head into the second part of the season please take a look at upcoming events and check for our newly updated website. We all know the end of the season is busy so PLEASE do not wait until the last minute to finish large numbers of birds on your cards.
Some new items for the second part of the season are:
- Open on Thursday 1/2 day from 8:30 – 12:30 starting in March.
- BV Farms is open for hunters on Sat & Sun by reservation.
- Sporting Clays and Trap are available on regular club days. Summer schedule will be Fri-Sat-Sun 8:30-4:00.

END OF THE SEASON RULES: To restate our rules, there are NO extra guests for the end of February and March. This includes non-shooting guests as well. A 20 bird card allows 1 guest, 40 bird 2 guests and 60 bird 3 guests. Also, there is NO “gifting” of birds on cards to other club members in March. Please remember to follow up on missed birds. |
END OF YEAR RULES
1. As stated in rules from beginning of year each card is limited to harvest 10 birds per day.
2. The month of March the club will release bird for bird for each member of what they have left on their card. For example if you have 5 birds left we will release 5 birds that day. You can come back out again to have more birds released. We are trying to make it fair for each member to have one more opportunity to harvest their birds.
On the last day (March 14) we have a member appreciation BBQ with the help of Chico Locker & Sausage located in Chico. It is a great time and all members and their families are invited.
Upcoming Events
Unlimited Shoot-Outs

Starting MARCH 20 to MAY 2 we will again be having our annual pheasant shoot-outs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There are a limited number of spots available for each day and the hunts do fill-up fast.
We will be having shoot-outs on both Rolling Hills Casino Ranch (HQ) and Red Bluff Ranch depending on availablity and scheduling of our other events. Groups can
book the complete ranch with a guarantee minimum of 20 hunters.

TROUT ARE BACK!! Half and full day trip are available and include the drift boat located at the Clubhouse.
For spinning rods we will have special opportunities for you starting end of May and June. Check clubhouse for more details.
